The room was old and run-down. The door was warped and I had to force it shut. The air conditioner was installed directly facing the bed and blowing air straight onto it. The deflectors were broken, so I had to tape them up myself just to be able to sleep. There was no mention during booking that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Workers started making a lot of noise at 7:15 AM, which really disrupted my rest. I booked for three days but ended up fleeing after one night. Thanks to Trip.com for actively coordinating and fronting the compensation, which helped ensure my trip wasn't ruined.

The resort is not only quiet but also boasts a great environment. Although not huge, it's lush with greenery and even has a pool, giving off a strong Southeast Asian vibe. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the most important thing is the 24-hour hot shower. Room service was also enthusiastic. The only downside was that breakfast was à la carte and took quite a while to be served.

Pros: Nice garden with pool and spacious and modern appartments, really friendly service Cons: what I really didn’t like is that you can hear all your neighbors loud and clearly from inside your appartment, the curtains don’t make the appartments dark so you are forced to wake up with the sun and lastly the aircon unit of our room needs cleaning (smell / odor) and the breakfast is super basic - so I was happy we only stayed for a night.
