Alona Gecko Inn

The rooms and garden are clean and well-maintained. All the electronics in the room, such as the air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, and hairdryer, are spotless and in excellent condition, almost like new. The shower pressure is very strong, and body wash is provided. The Wi-Fi also works well. It's conveniently located near a bustling commercial area, yet it's not noisy. I regret not discovering this place sooner and I would definitely revisit. I had a very relaxing stay.

It was better than expected. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. The room was incredibly clean; the staff cleaned barefoot every day. The rattan chair and clothes rack outside were spotless. There's a public old-fashioned washing machine where you can wash your clothes for free. My diving clothes came out perfectly clean every day. There were many geckos in the courtyard at night; if you listen carefully, you can hear them calling, which was quite interesting.

The accommodation was simple and clean, located just off the main road, so it wasn't noisy. There was no hot water the first night, but after I contacted the accommodation the next day, they provided hot water for my room. Quite nice, highly recommended!
