Said on rules if I cancelled by 6/15/2024 will have full refund: 1. Resort lied and charged full amount of reservation at booking 2. When cancelled still do not have money back and it’s been over a week! Total Credit Card fraud, I would not proceed and/or proceed with extreme caution before booking with this hotel."

"I have been back to this hotel for a wonderful week, which has given me the opportunity to know this wonderful island, which is a residence of beautiful people. The hotel deserves not only for the structure (two exceptional pools of salt water plus the possibility of direct access to the sea), but above all for the rooms, really beautiful and for the staff. If I mention them all, I would forget somebody but for once I want to remember Alessia and Cinzia, very good and available to clean the plans and Omar, all do very gentle and very good. The island is full of wonderful restaurants, but it is really good here: and the staff is fantastic. I want to come back!"
