The staff were very friendly and very helpful. 10/10 for the staff.
It was close to the ferry dock.
It’s in the middle of the city which is good because it’s close to a lot of things. However, very busy, didn’t enjoy that it wasn’t soundproof. You could hear the neighbours talking, people walking in the hallways and traffic outside. There was no outlets to charge devices at all. Was very difficult to charge our devises.
The hot water in the shower was really bad, we had to turn it to the hottest to get some hot water and even then, it was too boiling to shower in.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a night but no more than one nights stay.

Good location, in city centre. Across the street are the waterfront and ferry terminal. Shops, markets, cafes and restaurants nearby.
No hot water in bathroom although I informed reception and they sent someone to look at it. Still no hot water for 2 days. Only hot water on first day.

Short stay in Papeete, perfect location in city centre for convenience. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Sufficient for our purpose nothing more than whats advertised.

Water pressure is weak and cold water and hot water are not controlled. If you request to use mwo, you have to pay to use it. The location is good and the front is kind. no maitai but moneytai

Since we were going to other islands, we decided to stay overnight. The hotel charges a city tax of $300 XPF that day, which you can pay in cash or by credit card. The service was good. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport; a taxi would cost around $2000 XPF. It's located opposite the pier, and the hotel's exterior is very distinctive, making it easy to find. There are several restaurants outside the hotel where you can eat if you get hungry.
We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM to check in, and they prepared our room for us around 1:00 PM! The room didn't have many electrical outlets, and the shower water pressure was low. You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and other small supplies. You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk.

The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the airport and within walking distance of the city center. The hotel is clean, but the rooms are small; two large suitcases couldn't be opened simultaneously.
What I disliked most was the noise from the bar until 3 AM, even after requesting a quiet room in advance.
