The King Jason Paphos - Designed for Adults by Louis Hotels

Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for. My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication. the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting. Definitely worth rebooking.

The king jason prides itself on its hospitality and it over achieves. All the staff are smiling, friendly and extremely professional. The whole of the hotel is clean and provides a pleasant environment. The food is of excellent quality with a wide variety of choices. There are differing themed nights which makes each evening meal a delightful surprise. The selection of deserts makes your mouth water.

.... wont be back to this hotel. This was an extra for us as we go to Turkey twice a year. On arrival at the underwhelming reception got a glass of bubbly whilst filling out the forms. Couldn't carry our cases to room 16 as no lift and up two flights, even the barman who helped was struggling! Room was big but very dated. Outlook from balcony was of the roof of reception and some wasteland. Bedroom is huge but with a tiny wardrobe. Kitchenette in lounge with table and chairs (from the self catering days) I never saw photos of this type of room on the hotels website (they only show nice new sparkly ones). We knew two things before we came, one being in a residential area and two a road nearby. I thought it would be a nice residential area but its not, very run down, broken pavements, bins everywhere. Would not recommend walking at night to go out. Now the road I thought would be a residential road is not. It is in fact a very busy dual carriageway with noise from heavy lorries, motorbikes etc all day. So the hotel boasts "an environment which is devoid of the anxiety associated with everyday life"...apart from the road noise. Its devoid of any atmosphere at all! If you are looking for a quiet time on holiday then this is the place. Practically zero entertainment. Sitting having a drink after dinner I thought I had wandered into an old peoples home! The majority of guests are older (as we are) but sitting playing cards or dominoes is not really a fun night. Anyway the positives - food is quite good for general hotel buffet style, with different themes. The Merlot and Rose were good. Branded drinks (as you would expect). Tried the Peruvian which I enjoyed but my wife hated. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Special mention to Elias who kept our glasses full. I think the hotels rating is boosted by all the 5 star reviews left by returning guests. In my opinion these guests can't have experienced other 4 star hotels which are situated in better locations and higher quality. This hotel for me is just average. Each to their own I suppose. We will be back to Paphos next November as the weather is wonderful but probably to a beach side Hotel.

Excellent Hotel great food great staff and hilarious. Highly recommend this for anyone who would like an adult only Hotel nice and central to everything beautiful surroundings. Food was great drinks good too staff and everything about the place is definitely worth a visit.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. For the price, I wasn't expecting what I got. The hotel is beautiful, the room was excellent, the food was excellent, the staff were excellent. Can't wait to go back. We were welcomed with such hospitality by George who looked after us throughout. Fantastic!!!

Excellent stay at the king Jason in Paphos. We have been to Paphos six times but the first time staying here and it was fantastic. We arrived around half ten Cypriot time and were greeted with Champagne and chocolates on check in . Maria was lovely on reception and soon had us checked in and taken to our Deluxe suite on block B. Our room overlooked the quiet Elegencia pool which was perfect for us. Food was amazing and plenty of it and drinks were branded names which was good. We spent most of our time at the quiet pool with big comfy loungers, no bar service here but it was nice to get up and walk to the bar for your drinks. Staff were amazing from Thomas the manager to George who was fantastic always happy and smiling and you could hear him before you could see him . Greek night was amazing very entertaining with George doing his dancing . The harbour is around a ten to fifteen minute walk and is stunning plenty to do and see . We also walked to the shopping mall which is around ten minutes away. The weather was fantastic for April around 28 most days so happy with that. Will we be back most defiantly a nice chilled week away in the sun perfect .

Beautiful hotel, relaxing, friendly. Very friendly and efficient staff behind the bars, and the table waiting staff ensured we had great service. Amazing food and service in the restaurant huge choice of quality food, highly recommended

For anyone looking for a four star hotel the food was amazing. The staff are brilliant there was so much choice. Drinks were great. The staff are amazing beautiful surroundings and especially no children entertainment was absolutely brilliant. The guy was funny but talented and the guitar I think his name was Nick the Greek, highly recommended.
