The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time at the resort. The ocean and sky were perfect even when it was raining. The only compliant is the game playing between ******* and Atlantis. The package included a significant credit, the credit was not on the Atlantis account, and ******* said the credit was on the account, later ******* said that they reached out to Atlantis and it was taken care of, but it was not, and then ******* said that since it had taken so long to correct and I’d checked out, they could not help me. So then ******* said email a blank email address. The email address was —-@——-.—-. What the heck? I’m probably going with a real travel agent next time.

Poor breakfast options except for the really overpriced flat price at the Poseidon’s Table in The Royal - $34 for my 13-year old considered to be ab adult! And Starbucks far off in The Coral.
Also, shockingly almost everything was closed on Sunday - this is an enclosed property with limited options within walking distance. Even The Village had limited hours. My girls and I almost didn’t know where we would eat dinner.
Molly cash-based taxis, really long wait to get a cab that took credit cards. That was frustrating

I would definitely recommend Atlantis properties for future vacations. It was very family friendly and the facilities were excellent. The waterslides were good for kids, the gym was clean, the food was good, and the staff was friendly.

Huge spectacular resort. Fantastic facilities and plenty to do and see. Stunning beaches and pools. Dining options are limited and very expensive. Nothing is included. Prices in general at the resort are considerably higher than on Nassau.

One of the most expansive and lovely resorts especially with the upgrades/renovations. Service at ChopStix, Nobu and Silan were excellent. Check-in and reception were very very slow and almost seemed like we were a bother to check-in.

We had a wonderful time. The staff in the hotel were amazing. Planning ahead is key so I would make reservations for dinner before you even go! They ran out of towels almost everyday at the pool so grab them early. Our room had plenty of room and the Royale was absolutely beautiful!
