Nice hotel, compact room but comfy bed and had a fridge. Has a decent gym and pool. Not enough loungers at the pool for such a huge hotel, which is very frustrating. Disappointed no free water coolers on the corridors like other hotels I have stayed at in Philippines. No on site shop for drinks or snacks. Paid for extended late check out 2000php until 4pm. Definitely worth it for a late flight. Food is very good, but quite expensive. Only 15 mins to airport and 40 to Intramuros.

The Grand Westside Hotel has a great location — within walking distance to Okada and Solaire Resort at Entertainment City. The hotel breakfast is delicious with many choices, and the price is very affordable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again next time!

I stayed in this hotel me and my daughter it's one of the beautiful and clean hotel it looks like a brand new it is so big but the service here it's amazing the pool it's beautiful and clean the room was like so good the bed 🛏 amazi the buffet many variety of food and they try to do everything to help us to enjoy our stay in this hotel so i really recommended thank you , so much for your beautiful heart ♥ to serve

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The room and common areas were spotless, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was genuinely impressive with great variety and quality. Every meal felt well prepared and satisfying. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the wellness area. The sauna and steam room were fantastic and added such a relaxing touch to the whole experience. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting. It does get a bit busy at times, but the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The only small downside was a green light flashing on the roof at night, which was slightly distracting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

Second Stay – Mixed Experience This was our second time staying at the hotel, but in a different room. Unfortunately, we noticed a few issues this time around. The hallway had an unpleasant smell when we arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression. In our room, the shower area only had a curtain instead of a proper door, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor after every use. It was a bit inconvenient and something the hotel could improve. On a positive note, the breakfast spread was excellent — lots of variety and everything was well-prepared. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, still a decent stay, but some maintenance and improvements would make a big difference.
