We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight, completely exhausted. The taxi driver had a hard time finding these apartments, even calling the number provided, but it was unreachable. We started asking everyone on the way for directions and eventually found the place, only for them to not know who we were or have our reservation. We asked for an early check-in, but they said everything was full and that instead of Cluster N, we'd be staying somewhere else. We agreed, just wanting to get settled. They checked us in around 12:30 PM, into a much smaller room than advertised, and without doors to the bedroom, which was important as we had a small child. After we got some sleep, we started looking around the room – there were black hairs all over the floor, and we're all blondes, so the cleaning was clearly very poor. They charged us 500 pesos for early check-in, we gave them 1000, and they didn't have change, saying they'd give it back later, but they never did. When we opened the cabinet under the sink, cockroaches scurried out, which was absolutely disgusting. The only positive was the nearby Okada mall, where we walked around. We stayed for 2 days and were happy to leave. I will never come back here. The room was supposed to be 50-60m2, but it was about 25m2.
