It was average. But they have some works to do to improve the quality.

Very good all the staff are respecfull and they will help you if you need something.

Did not provide toiletries. Only soap. I saw the option to have a request to be given a room away from the elevator, but specically given a room right in front of the elevator. Don't know if it was intentional. Waited too long for me to be given a room even though I booked in advanced. The schedule is 2pm, I arrived around 5 but still had to wait almost an hour. The bathroom floods drainage is not clogged so it floods whenever I took a shower.

It was terrible.! Unclean and unsanitised room... During my stay, they never replaced even once my towel, bedsheets, pillow sheets blankets, no one dare to clean my room and no coffee at all (you have to order)... I will never, never booked again to this hotel.. That was my first and last....... This is not a hotel to stay but this is a MOTEL for a couple...

I liked the place and location. Close to airport and shops. The staff and security are very nice.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was excellent—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that there was no water in the shower when I woke up one morning. Aside from that issue, everything else went smoothly, and I enjoyed my stay

2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient. Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow.

The service s good,but assisting not good experience,they don't have cctv imprint of the hotel,I forgot my bag pack in taxi,

This hotel is well recommended and very affordable. Employees are very attentive and accommodating to the customers.
