City of Dreams - Nobu Hotel Manila

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

We are so satisfied with the service and everything. It’s quite, neat and clean. Feel so fresh and we had a great rest over the weekend.

The staff are polite and attentive to our needs. My son was not feeling well. The hotel offered a nurse to check on my son's condition and the Manager also accepted our request for breakfast inside the room because my son was weak to go out. We still enjoyed our stay. Quick check out is a plus.

We tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things. The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing! We’d probably come back just for the restaurant.

It’s a very good hotel and the spa is very good.

Had a chance to stay here. Although parking is on the other side of the building. There is a free shuttle service from hotel lobby to parking lobby. Hotel room is japanese inspired and there is a direct access to city of dreams and we went to dreamplay and kids enjoyed their time

Closer to the airport and 30 mins or so to most places, the location is good. City of Dreams is built around a casino in the middle which was not for me but will be good for some.

very nice, good location, near ayala mall, dreamplay is very fun, kids are like it very much.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. What amazed me is their immediate action when my child fell and hit his head on the corner of the table. A team was immediately sent and my toddler was seen by the doctor asap. Services like that are one of my considerations when travelling with my toddlers. Medicines given were free too.
