Customer service wise no questions asked because all the staff were friendly and approachable. Environment or the neighborhood I must say is so UNSAFE especially for solo travellers regardless if you are a man/woman. I really did not expect that the place is there. Price wise I must say expensive for the kind of room they have. Room is spacious but in my experience the AC is too noisy and there was another room with a glass door locked from the inside of the room but the window in that room was open so I couldn’t peacefully sleep as I am overthinking somebody might jumped into that window break the glass and do something bad. Room lock, not totally safe for solo travellers! Bathroom lock was creepy as it doesn’t open quickly once you’re inside and wanted to come out plus the fact that the water heater is difficult to adjust and the temperature set was hot. Bed quality was poor seemed old and couldn’t support someone weighing more that 60kgs I must say and the bed sheets have marks that are not pleasing. AC was too noisy plus you can hear the sound of the airplanes Overall stay, was not totally a waste of money because I was able to shower but totally dissatisfied. definitely WILL NOT RECOMEND!

It's not the exact photo of the hotel shown in booking. com not the actual building and place. Stairs are ver narrow, air conditioning is not working. Horrible experience. Not to recommend at all. However, security guards are excellent.

Good value for money, especially the location. There were almost no cockroaches, which was nice. It is close to COD, Ayala Malls, MOA, Baclaran Market, and the bus stop and subway station are nearby.

Had to stay overnight because if cancelled flight. The door looked like the area around the door knob had bee repaired. The area under the sink in the bathroom looked very grubby. Brown watermarks on two areas of the floor Brown circular stain in bedsheet . Two leather looking chairs with rips in both of them. I'm just thankful it was only one night. If my flights are cancelled in future I will remember not to stay in this hotel again

I had to rebook my flight so I had to stay for a few days longer in Manila - best close to the airport. The taxi driver suggested this hotel as a nice and reasonably priced one. My first impression was not that bad - very basic hotel with traces of better time, but let it be. However, the taxi driver advised me not to walk in the streets - just do some shopping in the 7-11 shop nearby and go back to the hotel, avoiding any contact with local people whom I would meet in the street. Check-in was quite fast and I got to my room. The room was spacious, with clean bedsheets, the bathroom with shower seemed not too clean, yet (hardly) acceptable. The airconditioning was very noisy and I switched it off. There was one central fluorescent bulb in the centre of the ceiling. The wi-fi worked for an hour or so, then stopped. I asked front desk for assistance - yes they helped right away, which was good for the next 10 minutes only. All in all - forget about wi fi there, unless at the reception area. I had a feeling of staying at some desolate place, albeit the service was very efficient and helpful, e.g. with ordering a taxi, when I decided to leave this place next morning, heading to another hotel fir the rest if my forced longer stay in Manila. My advice: do not consider this hotel as a possible place to stay overnight.
