Pool was crowded, elevator cant accommodate the guests and even the dinning.. took us more than 1hrs to get a table. the rest was awesome

Room size was okay and it was a perfect fit for two Pool was crowded may e because its holiday Breakfast buffet was okay not too many options, staff are not so attentive with the utensils which some guest have to wait for the glass or cup to arrive Will still consider to stay since their staff are kind and helpful, location is great too

Room is clean, with complete amenities. Check in and check out is very smooth and fast. Breakfast buffet food is also good and has many food selection.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent stay. I booked an Executive Suite expecting a higher level of comfort and quality, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations at all. Even prior to my stay, none of my requests were acknowledged, and I didn’t receive any response unless I followed up myself. I even had to directly ask about parking because there was no reply at all. The check-in and check-out process also took an unusually long time, which was already frustrating from the start. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. For a suite, I was expecting a more premium experience, but even the bathroom was vedy disappointing and looked cheap. Overall, the experience did not justify the price of an Executive Suite. I hope management can improve their communication, service, and room quality moving forward.

It is very close to the airport so just a short cab ride away (so the Manila traffic doesn't affect you much). There are 2 great Malls nearby - Parqal and Ayala plus, of course, the Mall of Asia with lots of food options outside the Hotel's restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms have the basics and are comfortable. We enjoyed the fireworks show from the bedroom window.

We had a good stay at the Kingsford but the only thing I could complain is the LONG VERY LONG queue for the breakfast. On our 6D5N stay, we were only able to eat ONCE because we the queue was unbearable.. i hope the management could solve this problem.. Overall, good staff and service, I like the Valet service

Strategic Location: It is practically next door to Okada Manila and a quick 10–15 minute drive to NAIA Terminals. It’s ideal for "layover luxury" or if you have an event at the SMX Convention Center/Mall of Asia. Modern Vibe: Since it’s a relatively new Megaworld property, the rooms feel fresh. Expect clean lines, smart lighting, and very comfortable bedding.
