Megaworld Hotels & Resorts properties in Paranaque

This is our second stay at Grand Westside and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. Best part was the Breakfast buffet which the whole family loved!! Only mishap was when I asked for grace period at check out time (12nn) and was told of a 30min, otherwise we’ll be charged of p1,500. We rushed from our swim to make it on time, then upon check out we were informed of extension til 2pm :-( Since we were all packed we decided to leave, with regret of the one hour more ‘could have enjoyed swimming more’ :-) The front desks should be more consistent in information. Should we go back again? Still a YES, now we know we can extend til 2pm FOC.

The room and service is good. But the food, specially the bacon, thats not how “Filipino” cooked their bacons. Ang tigas, may part na sunog pa. I waited for the new batch baka kasi nagkataon lang but same pa din. Almost everyone namimili ng di overcooked kaya ending mga matitigas naiiwan. The refill of food is also slow, like you need to wait like 5mins to refill a specific meal. Need mo ma pagfollow up ng condiments refill kasi maubos na.
