Our first stay at this hotel with my family of 10 . We had the most amazing time a great welcome from the hotel staff and Christos. . Rooms were beautiful with sea view cleaned everyday with pool towels/beach bag/decent hairdryer and iron. The staff at this hotel are amazing from bar/beach staff to all the waiters etc so friendly always smiling and so efficient . Aphrodite and all the beach girls/guys were so good bringing you all that you could want . The food at this hotel is as good as most of the top restaurants in Parga and beautiful eating area too . Although not a small hotel it is run with a personal touch all the family talk to you and are so lovely . Nice although hilly walk to Parga but well worth it for the views . We fell in love with Parga and have already booked to return to valtos next year . Thank you valtos beach for a fantastic holiday

Our first time to Parga, but it definitely won't be our last. From the minute we got off the coach we were greeted by the very polite Reception staff who carried our luggage up to our room. Our room, what can I say, we opened the patio doors to a view of the pool and the spectacular bay of Valtos beach. We stayed B&B for 10 nights but wished we'd booked for longer. Everything about this hotel was perfect for us a small & friendly family run place with lovely food and very friendly/pleasant staff. Went on the beach every day sunbeds were free if you bought dinner from the hotel, which was delivered to our sunbed so we didn't have to move. Got to mention Afrodite our little Greek goddess - she served us everyday with the biggest smile on her face, always had time to chat - she was an asset to the Valtos team. We walked up the hill to Parga town every night, which was challenging but very enjoyable - it was our work out after lying down all day. However, you can get a taxi or take the water taxi for 6 euros return. The town is beautiful and there are so many restaurants to choose from, our favourite was Castello along with the hotel restaurant Akti - the food was amazing at these two restaurants. Also, The Yard, which was a little more expensive. We booked the Tui Secret Epirous day tour (10-5pm), which I cannot recommend enough what a fabulous experience walking the Acheron River - this was the highlight of the holiday for us, absolutely amazing!! Our entire experience at this hotel was fabulous and I can't thank all the wonderful staff enough for making this happen. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at voltos beach hotel . Food was amazing and very well presented staff were friendly and polite , the rooms were cleaned daily . There was an iron in our room 2 beach towels and a bag for use around the pool . The hotel is in a beautiful spot looking out over the bay .we had a room on a lower level but still plenty of stairs to climb ,this wasn't a problem for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle as they are quite steep . The walk into parga is up a very Steep hill but there is a couple of bars along the way with beautiful views across the voltos beach bay . You can also catch a water taxi in to parga €3 each the coastline is beautiful and worth the short journey. A taxi into parga is €6 the hotel will arrange this for you. Parga town is beautiful with plenty of good restaurants bars and shops . We had a lovely relaxing 10 night stay in this beautiful place and will definitely return .

This is a nice clean (if a little dated) hotel with hard working staff and a nice breakfast. However,a mix up between the travel agent and the hotel admin led to a nasty experience with the hotel owner and his sidekick Dimitri. Both extremely rude and threatening to the point where we were almost evicted and told to find another hotel! Fortunately our brilliant rep Anastasia intervened and we were given a decent room with a fantastic sea view( as that was what was initially booked and paid for). We'll be returning to Parga but not to Valtos beach hotel. Also, they let dogs sit at the dinner table, yum.

We did not stay at the hotel, but used the beach facilities. The sun beds and parasols are free to use if you have a small minimum spend for food and drinks. Beautiful location and the food is lovely. It is the ultimate laziness, with everything brought to your location on the beach. But the icing on the cake, and we regret not getting a name, was the absolute charming young lady who looked after us so well. Absolutely lovely and so smiley. She worked so hard all the time and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her. My wife and I had a lovely goodbye hug from her on our last day. She left a lasting impression on us, as I said we are sad not to get her name. All we know is her boyfriend is over from UK right now. We hope she sees this review. We thoroughly recommend using the Valtos beach hotel beach facilities. Brilliantly run, lovely food and drinks with exceptional service.

I could have stayed forever, what a little gem this place is- highly recommend The hotel is lovely, stunning views of the most beautiful bay, i could see the sea and hear the waves lapping the shore from our room Staff all amazing, Dimitris our barman made our holiday and we sat and chatted almost every evening after we had been out for dinner. They were all great Angelos , Alex, Maria and Jess, the reception staff, the guys in the beach restaurant, the original owner who we spoke to every morning at breakfast- feels like a proper family run hotel. Food was fantastic, we had lunch almost daily at the beach restaurant and a couple of evening meals in middle restaurant. There is a choice of 3 places to eat up top where you have breakfast in the morning, a lovely restaurant in front of the hotel and the beach restaurant in front of that. Alternatively you can have lunch brought to your sunbed , these are free but a minimum spend of €10 each , my only negative here is that you have to have lunch on your sunbed and it didn't include eating in the beach restaurant which we preferred to do so we stayed at the pool most days. The walk over to Parga town harbour was up a very steep hill and down lots of steps the other side which was a bit of a killer but a taxi is only €6 and even better is the taxi boat for same price, Huge choice of restaurants, lovely views of the harbour and lots of cute shops We did the boat trip to Paxos which was lovely and hired a car one day which was also great as this is a beautiful part of Greece to see. Anastasia our Tui rep was fantastic and organised everything for us We will definitely be back one day i was sad to leave

We stayed in a studio apartment which had everything in it you would want. This was our fourth time at this Hotel. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful, this is from the cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff. This makes such a difference. There are a couple of points i would mention. The sunbeds could do with a clean as they are out 24hrs a day, i have seen that birds poo is a problem for the sunbeds. The toilet door in apartment is frosted glass which i am not a fan of, prefer solid door. I also felt Christos was not his normal self, he seemed very stressed when we was greeted by him on arrival. Our last trip in 2019 Christos would always say hello with a smile, this time this did not happen on this recent visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, its had a bit of work done it, upgrading different areas of the hotel grounds.

We have just spent the last week staying at the Valtos Beach Hotel - it’s such a lovely place. We booked direct and opted for a superior, sea view room. It’s a family run hotel with hard working, friendly staff. What was lovely to see was the elderly greek gentleman (who we think may have been the original owner) greeting staff, waving to guests whilst sat having his morning coffee. The breakfast was a buffet - cooked, continental, fruit, cereals, Greek yoghurt, pastries. The restaurant area was overlooking the pool and sea with outside seating too. There are a lot of steps at the hotel which maybe an issue for guests with limited mobility. The swimming pool area was not overly big but on the occasion that we went there was sun-bed availability. Pool towels are supplied and you are allowed to use them outside of the complex too. We stayed B & B as wanted to dine out at local restaurants. On one evening we went to the hotel’s Akti Restaurant and the food was fantastic. We also had food whilst using the beach loungers - very nice and good value for money. There’s so much to see and do in the area. It was better value to hire a car for the week than pay for an airport transfer. The road from the airport is so easy and takes just over an hour. We did the Acheron river trek, Antipaxos & Paxos boat trip with Marco Polo, drove to Agila Restaurant above Sarakiniko Beach to watch the sunset, went to Ali Pasha castle and stopped at Anthousa on our return, visited Ammoudi Beach, Ai Giannakis Beach, Lichnos Beach, Karavostasi Beach. The walk to Parga takes about 15 minutes but does involve a very step pathway and then a lot of steps down to the harbour area. If you are less mobile you can take the water taxi from Valtos Beach. There is a lovely vibe, day and night in Parga with many eateries - some with fantastic views. Stefanos Taverna, Sakis Restaurant are on the top ridge and overlook Valtos Beach - can recommend both. We have had a fantastic holiday and can’t wait to return to the Valtos Beach Hotel.

Sadly, just about to leave this perfect hotel overlooking the most stunning bay of Valtros Beach. Had a sea view room with a balcony looking out to the bay, just perfect. Definitely recommend booking a sea view room, however, if not, you will still be very happy with your hotel choice. Highly recommend.
