I saw few reviews for this hotel, and I was worried before I went there, so I wrote a review after I checked in for some reference. The hotel service is very good, warm and meticulous. There are not many food items in the room service, but the taste is OK. The room is relatively clean and bright, and the overall hygiene is OK, but the toilet hygiene is average. I give it 4 stars for my stay, which is OK~

Great staff that really tries. Beautiful property. Comfy beds, high ceilings. AC works. Two major flaws: Showers. They have these large round raindance showerheads, but flow is miniscule; sharp tiny jets poke your skin but there is no volume and even with few hairs, getting rid of shampoo takes like 10 minutes. Feels awful; water-saving gone crazy. Also, the rooms overlook the courtyard, which has music till late and private parties (one night) till midnight; not great if you go to a hotel to sleep (...)

May 2025, brought us here to enjoy lovely spring in Paris. Delano is a lovely gem! We are world travelers and we appreciate the intimate atmosphere, cleanliness, as well as attentive staff. We would like to express special thanks to the concierge Carl-Phillip and staff. He was helpful before we arrived, when we contacted him from Miami and very helpful throughout our stay in Paris. Knowledgeable, quick acting and attentive. Was pleasure getting to know him and making our stay at the Delano even more enjoyable. The entire staff has been very accommodating. Thank you !

My husband and I stayed at Maison Delano Paris late May and our experience was truly 5 star -- from the warm, knowledgeable and attentive service, to the additional lovely details (flowers in our room and champagne on their patio for our anniversary a sweet surprise!), we had a wonderful time. The rooms are elegant and modern but have the expected old-world charm. The hotel is also centrally located so that you can walk to many desirable spots if you like. Food and drink were top notch as well. The chef and wait staff always willing to accommodate dietary needs. Thank you to Nicolas, Amine, Mohamed and the entire MD team who made our stay in Paris so special.
