I arrived at 10:00 AM to complete my check-in formalities and leave my luggage. When I returned at 11:40 PM to collect my room key, I was unexpectedly made to wait another 20 minutes at the counter. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom shelf was half broken. I chose Pullman expecting a true five-star hotel experience, but unfortunately the overall stay felt far below that standard. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and room maintenance.

Great location! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the subway is super convenient. The view is fantastic, and the food selection is excellent. We were so happy with it, we booked 8 rooms!

I stayed at Pullman Paris Montparnasse and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern and well organized, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Paris. The location is also very convenient, especially with its proximity to the Montparnasse transportation hub, making it easy to move around the city. The staff were professional and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable hotel for travelers visiting Paris.

The stay was pleasant overall. The hotel was relatively quiet after check-in, with clean and quite new facilities, and a spacious room. The high-floor view was great, which all contributed to its excellent value for money. The transportation was a bit inconvenient, but the breakfast was good. However, I encountered an issue during breakfast: I was sitting in a quieter area and was asked by a staff member to move to a noisy central spot. I wasn't part of a loud tour group, so I'm left wondering if this was some form of discrimination, as I really don't understand the reason.

The room was quite spacious. The New Year's Eve price was much better than during the National Day holiday, but it was raining constantly in Paris... It's very convenient as it's right next to Montparnasse train station. You can pay an extra fee for early check-in.

The hotel is right by the roadside, and you need to take an elevator to the second floor to check in. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. There's a Japanese ramen restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, run by a Chinese owner, and it's open until 11:30 PM, which is convenient for a late-night snack if you're out late. From the room, you can see the Montparnasse Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Les Invalides, and more. The front desk offers free luggage delivery to your room.

The room was spotless and well-cleaned. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options right outside, including a supermarket and restaurants, and it's close to the subway. Plus, there's a stunning sky bar on the top floor with amazing views!

This hotel is located in the 14th arrondissement, right next to the M4, M6, M12, and M13 metro lines, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's super easy to get to Printemps, Disneyland, Galeries Lafayette, and the Eiffel Tower. Downstairs, there's a great pho restaurant and a Yoki Japanese place that are both worth checking out.

The hotel is conveniently located; the main entrance isn't far from Montparnasse station, just a short walk across the street. There's another metro station very close by on the back side, accessible through the shopping mall on the right. However, there are no restaurants nearby, only three small supermarkets (including the one in the mall) which aren't great – limited and poor quality selection. It's best to buy whatever you need at Marks & Spencer or McDonald's in Montparnasse station before dark. The hotel room facilities are new and decent, and it's quite spacious. The window is large but can't be opened. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the quality is acceptable. At the restaurant, the hostess let the two foreigners ahead of me go straight in after checking in, but when it was my turn, she told me to wait on the left for someone to escort me. Then, the foreigners behind me were also allowed to enter freely after checking in. Annoyed, I confronted the hostess directly. The person who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking woman (though I didn't need or see any benefit from Chinese service). She assigned me a corner room (that's the first red flag). I paid the deposit in cash (second red flag: showing my money). The third red flag is that the room door didn't have a deadbolt. Around 10 PM, half-asleep, I was suddenly woken up by the door opening. Luckily, I had a door stopper with an alarm, which scared the person away. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk. After checking the surveillance footage, she made a phone call and then told me it was staff maintaining the carpet or something, and they didn't realize the room was occupied. The front desk immediately moved me to another room, but I couldn't sleep a wink. In the morning, I went to the front desk to check out early. The front desk called the manager, who repeatedly tried to persuade me to stay. The manager was very polite and clearly regretful about the incident, offering me a better room with assurances that there would be no more issues, but the damage was done. If it weren't for the alarm, I can't imagine what might have happened. I insisted on checking out. Throughout this awful experience, Trip.com's response was swift, proactive, and helpful in assisting and dealing with the situation. They did everything they could, which is why I feel confident choosing Trip.com. When traveling, safety is always the first and most important priority. When a hotel room door doesn't even have a deadbolt, that's already a warning sign.

Extremely convenient location! It's very close to the subway station, making shopping, dining, and getting to all the attractions incredibly easy.

It took a while for the in-house fitness request to be fulfilled.

Perfect night views, a safe location, and a wide variety of cuisines downstairs – Japanese, Korean, and French restaurants are all nearby. The staff were very friendly, and checking out only took 5 minutes, even though I used cash for the deposit. It was the perfect choice for my trip.

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and very new. A crucial point is the excellent soundproofing, and the view from the 29th floor is also great! Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The scent management in the common areas is quite good. Environment: It seems like they are landscaping outside the entrance; I look forward to seeing it finished. Service: All the front desk ladies are very professional and can even help book desired restaurants. There's also staff assistance with luggage. Overall, I had a very good experience.
