I tried to book for 2 nights in June this year and had the same problem as Lauren who left a previous review. My credit card company needed my card to be authorised, which the hotel were unwilling to do. They accused me in an email of being a fake booking because although I made the booking it was for my son (who has a name similar to a movie actor) and they put 2 and 2 together and got 5. Their emails were rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. Surely more travellers need their credit cards authorised when booking a hotel? They clearly didn’t want my business and I gave now thankfully booked another hotel (using the exact same credit card), so it is Hotel Beaunirt’s loss not mine. I’m still amazed at how rude their customer services are. Probably best avoided.

I booked to stay at this hotel in June but had to cancel due to the extremely rude and insulting emails I received. I asked one simple question regarding the pre-payment authorisation and received a series of awful emails insinuating that I was a fraudster trying to con the hotel out of £65. I was extremely shocked by the emails I received and actually quite upset. I decided to cancel my stay as I’m sure their lack of customer service would have ruined my trip to Paris. I still haven’t received my refund from the pre-authorisation. Do not waste your time or money on this disgraceful hotel.

Hôtel conforme en tous points à la description ; lieu avec une âme. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires et discussions très sympathiques. Chambre confortable et propre. Malgré les températures élevées de Paris au cours de notre séjour, la chambre était fraîche. Copieux et délicieux petit déjeuner dans un agréable patio. Localisation bien desservie par les transports en commun.

Après une réservation pour 1 congrès pro. L'accueil sympathique pour le dépôt de la valise. Une chambre "spacieuse" pour paris une literie de bonne qualité.une douche où je ne suis pas obligé de me contorsionner. Une rue très calme. Petit déjeuner classique servi où rien ne manque. On a l'impression d'être dans une petite structure familiale. Je recommande. De plus un très bon rapport qualité-prix

J'ai réservé une nuit dhotel le Le samedi tu 31 juillet, et j'ai reçu un mail le jeudi m'informant que l'établissement avait annulé ma réservation sans raison et cela sans me prévenir au préalable. Du jeudi au samedi j'ai appelé non stop mais aucune réponse de même pour les mails, silence radio. Un établissement a évité de toute urgence.

Ma chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. La literie est bonne. Très bon accueil, avec le sourire en prime. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, bon et servi à table. Très bon emplacement, à 5 minutes à pied du métro et tramway. La rue est calme la nuit.
