Great customer service from Ben who provided us with a room upgrade to a twin room for one of our rooms. Our other room which was a double could be cleaner, especially the toilets. The shower area had hair from previous customers and the toilet bowl could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our stay. Location was abit far (15min) walk from the nearest metro.

The hotel was quite nice and clean. I liked the breakfast options they had as well. The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was not bad. It was about 2km walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. Would stay again next time.
