Prospective guests should be extremely cautious before booking here. Our family stay (2 adults, 2 young children) was ruined by severe health and safety violations: Biological Hazard: Our room flooded with raw sewage (feces and urine) from the toilet, soaking into the carpet where my young children had to walk. No sanitization or footwear assistance was provided. Unauthorised Entry: Staff entered our locked room unannounced under the excuse of "refilling the minibar"—in a room where the fridge was completely empty. Safety Risks: The replacement room offered to us contained chipped, broken glassware. Management will likely respond below by claiming they "addressed the situation" or offered loyalty points. Do not be misled: offering loyalty points for raw sewage and broken glass does not erase a severe public health hazard. Furthermore, the booking platform has already acknowledged the severity of these issues in writing and issued a cash refund directly from their own pocket due to the hotel’s refusal to take responsibility. The health, safety, and security of your family are not worth risking at this property. Sadly I looked at reviews after and can see others have had security issues that the hotel won't take responsibility for.

Location was ok. Room was clean. House keeping done everyday. Check in and check out was a breeze

We were traveling with small children, and we did not have television in our room for our entire first day of stay and about five hours of the second day of stay, only because we left for Disney. A desk clerk did try to come up to resolve the television issue to no avail. The manager on duty the morning of Monday June 1st. was not apologetic nor was she understanding. Offered no type of compensation and was extremely rude! Will not be staying there on our next visit.

Hotel is clean, room size is good and the breakfast excellent. The location is not so far to the Champs Elysees avenue, about 3.5 km. It is 1 km far to the subway station.

Room is spacious for 3 person and was given the special request of good view of Eiffel Tower and bathtub. It would be good if provided full set of dental kits as well as vanity set. Thank you!

The hotel is clean, has rich breakfast, and has an underground parking lot. It is very convenient and safe. I will stay there again next time.

The room was terrible, dirty, the breakfast utensils were super dirty, and the front desk clerk had an unreasonable attitude.

We stayed six nights in this hotel and I have to say that we will not return because we had problems with the room, the shower water was barely warm, the bidet was missing, the sheets were never changed, the room was not very clean, bathroom products were supplied with a dropper, the reception staff were not very helpful, the only convenience was that it was close to public transport, I forgot that the windows cannot be opened
