Clean room and convenient location! Bus stop and metro stations are just few steps away. Can go to all the tourist spots very quickly and conveniently. Snacks and minibar are complimentary. Bedding is not that good.

Comfortable beds, great staff, great amenities. Lobby is small but this doesn’t impact your stay. Didn’t try the breakfast but had a cheeky look and it looked decent.

住7樓的豪華房，今天第四天，每天都下單住一晚，想換酒店，每天又嫌搬酒店麻煩，繼續住一晚。除了第一天有給我們三瓶水，後面就沒水了，從入住開始也沒有一次性拖鞋，留紙條給工作人員，依然沒水沒拖鞋，看大家評論有拖鞋，並沒有，打電話給前台，説我們需要保留第一天的水杯（可重複使用的錫罐），去前台加水。用過的杯子打掃時不會給你換，用了的浴帽也不會補，在房間午休，服務生不敲門，直接開門進來，我和女兒都嚇壞了，服務很一般。酒店就位置還是值得稱道的，空調還算給力。

這家酒店太離譜了，簡直是歧視+侮辱！
我7月31日下午5點入住，剛進房間就看到地毯有污漬，但想着算了，不想找麻煩。結果8月2號晚上回酒店，發現房卡被鎖，前台説“地毯臟了”，是我們弄的。我立刻出示了入住當天拍的照片，但他們還狡辯説我是5點40才拍的……我是5點check in的，我是得飛進房間拍照嗎？！
他們沒有入住前地毯乾淨的照片，全憑一句“我們的清潔人員很專業”就認定是我們弄臟的，態度極差。我英語不好，衹能請一箇中國朋友打電話過去和經理吵才解決。最後我交了50歐服務費，衹因為要趕車走人了。
更噁心的是，*酒店前台居然有老鼠！！* 請看圖片！！！我媽親眼看到一衹老鼠從牆邊跑過去，前台工作人員居然還很習慣的樣子，完全沒有道歉！這還是個四星級酒店？我現在都覺得這不是被污衊，是被羞辱。
希望攜程認真對待，不衹是簡單“反饋一下”，我不在乎錢，我要一個道歉。我們是來旅遊的，不是來受氣的。

酒店位置靠近地鐵站，交通便利，而且周圍有超市、飯店。房間乾淨整潔，服務員會幫助整理衣物疊好，酒店有做咖啡的香味。

房間面積有點小，但是其他都很好。
有一次性拖鞋，床整潔舒服，裝修精緻，前台服務非常熱情。
位置很好，適合citywark,距離地鐵口也近。
酒店出來有很多氛圍不錯的酒館餐廳。

酒店比鄰地鐵，鬧中取靜，裝修很法式，非常細節，房間有些小，但是設施齊全。最滿意的是早餐，酒店的法棍是這些天所有酒店中最好吃的，橙汁是鮮榨的，還有草莓味的酸奶也很不錯
