Nazareth Hotel

This is the first time I write a negative review about the Dan channel. These are inhuman people without scruples. My daughter had suffered food poisoning in Tel Aviv, I try to phone the hotel to let them know we can't arrive, no one answered the phone. We were at that time at the hotel in Haifa, I moved to Nazareth on 07/08 I ask the front desk employee to cancel my reservation because we had to cancel our trip and return to France given the my daughter's health. He replied “I will ask the director”; after 15 minutes of waiting he told me "the manager says it's your problem, contact the channel Dan". I write to Booking who answered me “deal with the hotel; we tried and the hotel does not respond”. We had to urgently return to Paris and shorten our trip, which was scheduled from 05-08/22 to 20-08/22. In fact we returned on 09-08/22. Everyone collaborated with us in the cancellation of hotels, in Jerusalem, Eilat, the Dead Sea, etc. and even Air France which arranges for us free of charge to return before. The behavior of the Dan Channel is the behavior of FRAUDERS, BANDITS who are capable of anything to charge 287 euros!!! Truly unscrupulous THIEVES!!! The reception service of the hotel is zero and very rude. Do not stay in this hotel, the behavior of this chain is really a disgrace for Israel!!!! I hope that the money you stole from me will be used at least to change your telephone standard and respond to customers.
