Résidence du Pré

A good stay with very friendly and attentive staff. The location near Poissonnière metro is a plus. I will return on my next trip.

The hotel is well located, a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord and 1.4 km from Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The Poissonnière metro station (Line 7), 300 meters from the hotel, provides easy access to all of Paris. Breakfast was good, with pastries, baguettes, coffee, and fruit juice. It's a shame the rooms aren't air-conditioned, as it was very hot, but the hotel does provide a small fan. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay.

This is not our first time staying here, as we really like the location and the proximity to the city center and two train stations. We also appreciate the friendliness of the reception staff! The breakfast is excellent, and for only 9 euros! We'll be back!

Very nice 3 star hotel with a fantastic location. Nice rooms, clean and with newly renovated bathroom. The service was top notch. The breakfast was sparse, but ok. We stayed on the 6th floor and the elevator only went to the 5th floor and only 1 person at a time could use it.

I thought the hotel was good. I think the price is worth what they offer. The facilities are a bit old, but well-maintained. The service is quite good, and the staff is very friendly overall. The breakfast is good, buffet-style, but the selection is a little limited; however, the taste and quality of the food is good. I would definitely stay with them again.
