Hotel Saint Pierre Reviews

Our room looked completely different from the photos. So, we asked for a room change, but the staff kept saying they couldn't do anything. On the top of that there was no hot water in our room, so we asked again . They kept saying there's nothing they could do., We were unable to take a shower. I've never stayed the hotel without hot water. I understand anything could happen, but if staff are helpful, we can solve the problem, but when they are cold, and don't want to do anything, you just have to regret your decision. You should be prepared for the situation like this if you want to stay this hotel.

If it weren't for my child wanting to see Notre Dame every day, I would have definitely stayed in the 15th/16th arrondissement. We booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were told that this room type wasn't available and they only had two single beds. After contacting Ctrip customer service, they arranged for a mattress on the floor for us to make do for 5 nights. In the morning, we saw rats scurrying around in the lobby. Thank goodness we didn't book breakfast; what a relief, what a relief~

Poor service. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a heatwave, yet we were not offered anything to drink. We eventually discovered that drinks could be purchased at the reception. Overall, the reception staff were not very helpful when we asked for recommendations or directions. There were ants in the hotel room. The air conditioning unit was covered in dust—it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the bustling and safe Saint-Germain area. Major attractions like Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Musée d'Orsay are all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Because it's in an old district where space is at a premium, the rooms are quite small, and the breakfast area is cramped, making it less suitable for families with many children.

Lovely hotel with nice friendly staff. Room was small but that is Paris.. Had a view of the Eiffel tower from the room which was fantastic. A very lovely old world hotel that I highly recommend. Location is great, close walk to cafes, river and tourist attractions

The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-10 minute walk to Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame, and Luxembourg Gardens, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the view from the window is very French and absolutely charming. The century-old elevator offered a delightful experience.

Very conveniently located to sights and Train station and restaurants. Very old but quaint in the atmosphere of Paree ☺️

The hotel has a great location, close to Shakespeare and Company and Notre Dame Cathedral. There's a metro station nearby for quick transportation, and plenty of restaurants in the area at relatively affordable prices. Overall, I recommend it, and the architecture outside the window is quite beautiful. The elevator has a retro feel.

This hotel is in a great location. The elevator was very unique and made me feel nostalgic while riding it. I was given a room on the top floor, and was able to see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the balcony. I was able to experience what it was like to live in Paris, and I was very satisfied. On the other hand, I couldn't use the hair dryer for long periods of time. I think it would be better to bring your own. Also, the sink clogged easily.

Super central location, Parisian standards, and super kind and friendly staff even though we were not proficient with languages.

Excellent facilities, extremely helpful and friendly staff, they met all our requests. I would book all my trips with them.

The room was nice, but the air conditioning was too cold. Even after asking them to adjust it, it was only a little over 21 degrees Celsius. Strangely, at 6:30 AM, I was suddenly woken by an alarm that took almost two minutes to turn off. The hotel said someone pressed the wrong button!
