The hotel’s location is nice and very accessible, and the breakfast was good overall. However, the breakfast choices were the same throughout my four day stay, so having a bit more variety would have been appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues during my stay. During check in, I was given a separated 2 single beds instead of the double bed I had originally booked. The AC in the room was also not working properly. I requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked, so I had to stay in the same room. The AC was barely working, and there were nights when I woke up sweating because the room was too warm.
There was also an issue during breakfast where I noticed that the cup I was about to use for coffee was not properly clean. I rubbed the inside to check if it was simply a coffee stain, and it turned out to be leftover coffee that had not been properly washed. I showed this to one of the kitchen staff so they could be aware of the issue.
Overall, the location made tit convenient to explore the city, and there were some positive aspects to the stay. However, considering the room issues and cleanliness concern, I would have expected better service and maintenance. It was a nice stay in the city, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
