The location is perfect, next to Dupleix metro station, nice stay, but it's an old building, no lift or elevator , only a staircase. The staff is good and cooperative..overall it's nice

Had to climb 3 flights of stairs but that was our fault for not checking first.The room was so small one side of the bed was up against the wall and the was a very small spaces between the bed and top to try to squeeze through.The toilet and basin was clean but the shower was full of mould as was the window frame and bathroom door The sliding bathroom door has window panels so anyone in the room could see you on the toilet or shower.Would I stay here again,NO

A nice hotel located few meters away from the famous Eiffel Tower. Friendly and supportive staff. A good place for a solo traveler on a budget.

Not a good management  also no WiFi working from the first day I  spend 4 nights even I complained about WiFi and cleaning but disappointed response .. no proper cleaning’ in the toilet there is no toilet paper and handwash .. in the picture looks good but in the reality’ you will feel regret after see the hotel .. only one plus point location is good …

Location is good but bathroom is too small. Bed not too comfortable as it creaks throughout the night. The worst thing is there is no lift and you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Book at your own risk.

Do not go to this hotel. Avoid at all cost! The room was full of bed bugs, hotel didn’t take any responsibility, i had to book another room and they didn’t issue a refund.

Super tiny. You have to pay if you want to leave your luggage there to travel to other countries. Toilet water doesn’t flow well. Shower curtains dirty. Poor customer size. No view to effifel tower that’s a lie. No heater and Ac doesn’t doesn’t work. There is no space for you to put your boxes if you come with more than one.

We are dissatisfied with the hotel. The towels appear outdated, and the coffee tray and kettle are missing.

What is your definition of SPACE, SIZE, QUALITY? Divide that by a thousand 😟 THIS IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE THIS HOTEL HAS ! The hotel has a fantastic location but it's quite small for the amount been charged! I could hardly stretch my hands or even bend to have a shower. The toilet and bathroom is basically right inside your room. It is so small, you can hardly turn around anywhere in the room or while using the amenities. Hallway is as tiny as a rabbit hole, same with the staircase. I was charged 5€/day quoting some silly excuse and they refused transfer as I have always done at other hotels. Had to go use an ATM machine to pay. To be fair, I appreciate the young chap who came to help me with the heating when it went off and I was given an adapter to power 🔋 up my gadgets as the UK version is different from the European version. Overall, I know people / companies be trying to make more money, but remember quality is utmost in business. Two rooms could have been converted to a single room for the price paid 🤔. Not good at all.

Good functional hotel. 5 mins walk from effiel tower (or 10 mins with kids). You have to use the stairs but there aren’t that many so it’s ok, even with small kids. We had a double and there were 3 of us (1 adult 2 small children) which was a squeeze despite Trip saying this was a room for 3. Very well located though. There are cafes for breakfast all around the hotel.

Hotel was okay. Seemed some renovation work was been done along the stairs. But it was quiet and decent.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I had a room with a private bathroom/ensuite shower. The shower was small for me, but it served its purpose with hot water and good water pressure.
