Hotelf1 Paris Saint Ouen Marché Aux Puces

We booked this for two of us as part of our interrailing trip. It’s great for the price and it did feel pretty clean. The rooms were small but that was good. it was very hot without aircon however. Location wise we had to get a 25min bolt to get to the eiffel tower. Overall the staff did seem really friendly.

The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom in particular was very clean, but very little was provided. No aircon or fan in the Parisien summer, and no screens on the windows so a lot of bugs got in when the window was open, which was the only way to cool the room down and get some sleep. Also no fridge, no toiletries other than a weird-smelling soap. There were issues with the hotel's systems when I arrived so it took a good 10-15 mins to check me in, even though others showed up while I was waiting and went right through. And when I checked out, the hotel only offers luggage storage in lockers for an extra fee - fair enough but just good to be aware of, especially as only budget travellers would be staying here. The location was good for a couple of concerts I had booked, but a little dodgy at night - there's a lot of homeless encampments in the neighbourhood and right across the road from the hotel, so be careful if you're by yourself at night in the area. All that said, the hotel is pretty good value, particularly in a city as expensive as Paris.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for a short getaway in Paris, and we were thoroughly impressed, especially with the location! The hotel is situated in a very convenient spot, making it incredibly easy to access public transport and explore all the main attractions of the city without any hassle. We booked the Cabrio Room with a private bathroom, and it was perfect for our needs—very clean, modern, and comfortable after a long day of walking around Paris. The staff was welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. For couples looking for an affordable, clean, and perfectly located place to stay in Paris, this is an absolute gem. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We booked 2 rooms, one single room and one family room, the family room is super small, as well as the bed

The washroom is super dirty, also there are only few washrooms in a floor, which u have to wait to use them

I booked the room with a private bathroom. Although I saw bad reviews about the cleanliness, my room was pretty clean. It’s a bit far from the city center but there are trams, buses and subways located nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.
