The room was clean and airy, and the hotel is open 24/7, so there was no worry about coming and going. It is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, making travel easy. A downside was that the bathroom frequently got clogged (due to guests), though the staff cleaned it daily

They get an Overcharge of tax from us becore check-in, our balance payment is 23 euro just to pay on the counter but they charge as total of 41,55 euro. Man said that theres a problem on there system when I complain and he said they return it after we check-out but nothing refunded until now, they dont refund to my account the exist 18euro. It's their strategy to scam people and take more extra payment. I don't recommend this accommodation. 😡

The room quite small but the price is good the place have easy access to public transport

We booked this for two of us as part of our interrailing trip. It’s great for the price and it did feel pretty clean. The rooms were small but that was good. it was very hot without aircon however. Location wise we had to get a 25min bolt to get to the eiffel tower. Overall the staff did seem really friendly.

The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom in particular was very clean, but very little was provided. No aircon or fan in the Parisien summer, and no screens on the windows so a lot of bugs got in when the window was open, which was the only way to cool the room down and get some sleep. Also no fridge, no toiletries other than a weird-smelling soap. There were issues with the hotel's systems when I arrived so it took a good 10-15 mins to check me in, even though others showed up while I was waiting and went right through. And when I checked out, the hotel only offers luggage storage in lockers for an extra fee - fair enough but just good to be aware of, especially as only budget travellers would be staying here. The location was good for a couple of concerts I had booked, but a little dodgy at night - there's a lot of homeless encampments in the neighbourhood and right across the road from the hotel, so be careful if you're by yourself at night in the area. All that said, the hotel is pretty good value, particularly in a city as expensive as Paris.

Worst place I ever been in my life no air conditioner, not a single person was helping or kind. Every one were shouting

The hotel is located in the 18th arrondissement, which is a bit out of the way, but it's fine for a one-night stay. It's clean, and the hotel itself feels very safe. However, the area outside doesn't feel as safe. It's close to Montmartre, so it's in a predominantly Black neighborhood. I'd advise against returning to the hotel too late at night.

We booked the Cabrio Room with a private bathroom, and it was perfect for our needs—very clean, modern, and comfortable after a long day of walking around Paris. The staff was welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. For couples looking for an affordable, clean, and perfectly located place to stay in Paris, this is an absolute gem. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Pros: The room was clean. Good soundproofing, even with a window facing the driveway, it was quiet. Decent location and good value for money. Cons: The paid luggage storage was not worth the price. The front desk staff deliberately let white people cut in line, which felt discriminatory. The communal showers were terrible, with unstable hot water. And the communal toilets were even worse – no toilet seats and covered in urine stains.

We booked 2 rooms, one single room and one family room, the family room is super small, as well as the bed

The washroom is super dirty, also there are only few washrooms in a floor, which u have to wait to use them

I booked the room with a private bathroom. Although I saw bad reviews about the cleanliness, my room was pretty clean. It’s a bit far from the city center but there are trams, buses and subways located nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the stay. Someone was there to clean every day. staff was very friendly. I didn't understand the showers because it kept on going on and off, but I had a good experience. Either way, i would definitely recommend for a budget friendly trip and I loved the wallpaper
