Very good, everyone can choose to stay here. The room is clean and hygienic, with no bugs. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Stayed here for 4 nights for the Roland Garros. You can’t expect much from the hotel as it’s very affordable despite being the peak season. The room is okay but don’t expect it to be super clean and up to date. It’s a no frills hotel for you just to crash for a night or so. It works for me as I am away for most of the day at Roland Garros. Location is great And there is A Carrefour nearby and a great French restaurant just across the street. This is more of a motel or a single room hostel if you want to image what it is like.

The hotel is good for a 2-star hotel. I was with friends and it was a little cold, but maybe we got used to the warmth. The hotel is old, but they try to keep it clean. It was inconvenient that there was no holder for the shower head, so I had to take a shower holding it.

Excellent stay if you are not willingly to spend lots of money to your accomodation in Paris other places with private bathroom is 3x more expensive than hotel avenir so it makes hotel avenir perfect if I come to Paris again I will definitely stay here again but terrible hygiene I stayed 4 nights only 1 time my room get cleaned excellent location

The room itself looked drab but it was clean and was serviced daily. The carpet in the corridors was dirty and the corridors smelt of smoke. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a convenient and reasonable place to stay but it would benefit from a bit of an upgrade.

good location. but very old and worn out hotel. i would rate it as 30 euros for 1 night, but definitely not 100+

Location was convenient for metro Room was ok but small Fine for budget

We had a nice room on the 3rd floor. The staff was polite. The room was serviced daily. You have to leave the key with staff each time you leave the hotel, however the desk is staffed 24/7. We had a pleasant stay. It is only 2-3 minutes walk from the metro station.

The staff were so friendly! But just a downside were the amenities, it wasn’t the best. The pillows we got had some stains on it, with no covers so we ended up using the blankets or bedsheets to cover it.

Terrible, and the blankets were bad too.

The facilities are old and basic.

Everything is fine when you stay here.
