It was my 2nd time staying here, this time was in their junior suite, but it feels smaller than their deluxe double room I stayed in before. It was very inconvenient, the toilet was next to the entrance, the bathroom was in the room after a 2nd door. The TV was hidden in a wooden cabinet right in front of the bed, had to press the button to ‘raise’ the tv, the motor was so loud. There were 2 pillars also next to the wooden cabinet, making the room feel very small, and a few more random pieces of furniture, making the room feel smaller than the deluxe double room. Then the A/C broke down one night, one of the hottest day and night of up to 38-40 degrees. It didn’t just break down, it was blowing hot air into the room. It was so hot in the room for almost 48 hours. I told the reception, they said they would send technician to my room. Waited for awhile, never came, so I went back to the reception, the lady said it was already fixed. No one called to let me know, wasted my time waiting, because it was still feeling very hot. So I just left the hotel for a few hours and came back, still to a room with hot air. This ordeal happened twice until almost 48 hours in, I started to feel the cool air coming back. All along no one had notified me, just told me to wait in the room. No one ever came up to the room to ‘feel’ the hot air, despite asking multiple times. Just told to wait, and wait. My first experience was much better, that’s why I came back. This time round, there was no service, no amenities (except for the 1st day). Just a bottle of water every day. Sometimes they’d forget to refill the 2 nespresso capsules per day. Cleaning staff were very professional and did superb job.

Victoria palace hotel is otherwise a good hotel except we had a very bad experience at the breakfast. Their service employee Fanda was the worst attitude person that we have ever seen in many years of traveling. I inquired her if she is going to add fruits to the plate as there is only tiny little bit left on the plate but she said no and that’s all for the breakfast. I asked her why and we are paying €26 per person for breakfast and we only got leftovers and it’s only 9am in the morning. She said oh if you come at 7:30am there are fruits but no more now. Her colleague Nina who is very nice dragged her away as she saw I was very unhappy already. Fanda had to come back to continue argue with me. For a four star hotel, Fanda’s behavior is very unprofessional and she has no hospitality in her mind at all. When I made a complaint to a manager of the hotel, the lady came to me without introducing herself so we don’t know her name or exact title at all. She started her conversation with us that she heard I yelled (I am sure from the employee Fanda). This manager didn’t apologize for any inconvenience their employee has caused to us and didn’t offer any solution either after we told her what happened. She even said - oh this hasn’t happened in their hotel for the past 2 years. When we heard this kind of response from a manager level, we know why their employee behaves like this. There is no hospitality mind in this hotel and all they want is your money but no corresponding service. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, my family want to say - we are very appreciative to Areski who checked us in and checked us out. This hotel will leave no memory for us except Areski because he is the kindest man and with hospitality mind in every details when he interacted with us. He is such a gentleman and he is very wise to comfort us! We wish you all the best Areski and you have enlighten our first trip in Paris and thank you for giving us the little souvenirs before we departed and you even waived the 2 breakfast charges for my kid as you know how unhappy we were. Overall Victoria Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel so if you travel and live there, my advice to you is to void their breakfast and void certain people. 😝

Superb, very nice hotel tucked in off the main road, conveniently located within walking distances Eiffel Tower, Lourve Luxembourg Gardens. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Nice s courtyard garden. Rooms very clean and modern. Would stay again.

A wonderful hotel for visiting Paris. Conveniently located—almost everything is within walking distance, delicious breakfasts, a coffee machine in the room, and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is on a side street, a few steps away from the main street, with a bus stop and railway nearby The room is clean, quiet at night, and tastefully decorated Friendly staff who seem to enjoy their work There is a supermarket on the corner and a restaurant opposite Breakfast is Western style, normal standard, no changes

I like the decoration style, a bit of Art Deco, and it still has a sense of quality for a 4-star hotel. It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious

The counter staff is terrible. It's better to not have people and use machines.

The hotel is super, clean, comfortable, in the center, close to the metro. Breakfast is good. A nice addition included in the price is a Finnish sauna and a mini gym.

The hotel in Paris is very unique Gym, sauna Rooms are relatively large and safe The shower button is not very convenient. I studied it for a while and found that water splashed easily The hotel has a unique design

The health, location and facilities are very good, but the only dissatisfaction is that I booked the most expensive room type just to take pictures on the street-side balcony. I was assigned to a room on the inside of the corner and explained the situation to the front desk, but was told that I thought I would check in late. I came so the rooms by the window were all arranged, but it was ridiculous that my friend and I put our luggage at the front desk at 11 o'clock. At that time, the hotel said that we could not check in until three o'clock. I saw this hotel recommended on the Internet because the balcony is beautiful. All in all quite disappointing Breakfast is okay. I feel like a four-star hotel can do a good job.
