Friendly reception, quick check-in, nice room, good location, near to many restaurants, metro, bus station and the eiffel tower

The hotel is under maintenance so no lift but thats okay. Room is quite spacious and we could see Eiffel Tower from the balcony. However there was someone playing loud music in the middle of the night at 3 or 4am.. This is quite strange

Suite room is large, but stinky smell in bathroom

The hotel has a great location, very conveniently within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. You can see the tower from the window, and enjoy the sunrise and the nighttime illuminations. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast is also good, and they even have homemade cookies for Christmas. I chose Inwood because it's a chain hotel, which I felt was safe. I would definitely stay there again if I come to Paris.

I was given a room on the third floor, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is excellent, and with the heat in Paris these days, air conditioning is crucial. I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness; the washbasin wasn't cleaned properly. The housekeeping staff threw away my used soap for some reason, and I was surprised it wasn't the same soap I brought. The minibar was refilled daily only after I asked Ctrip. Overall, the service was average. Ctrip was very good and proactive in communication.
