I've never encountered service like this before, it was an absolute disappointment. The manager was completely incompetent when dealing with guests. I do not recommend this place.

Sink didn't work for the first day but they fixed it. Weird stains on the floor. Don't know where it is from. Good breakfast, good luggage storage.

I don't think this place is 4-star. Construction started at 8 am, so I complained, and the owner said they were doing it because it's the off-season. It was kind of like, "So what?" They did change my room the next day, but that's understandable for a 3-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, they didn't say a word; they just changed rooms if someone complained, and if not, so be it. Trips to Paris are always disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes from Madeleine Station. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning.

The location is very good. It is one of the best boutique hotels in the center of Paris. The service is good. There are luggage carriers and slippers. The bed and quilt are also very comfortable. The corridor and elevator are very beautiful.

Я бронировала номер в этом отеле на свою последнюю ночь пребывания в Париже, и не ошиблась, чтобы последние впечатления об отпуске остались еще положительнее… отличный сервис, отличное расположение, есть девушка на ресепшен, которая говорит по-русски… вкусный завтрак…
