Overall, everything was clean, and the room had a coffee machine and a fridge. However, basic disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. The shampoo in the shower was extremely watered down. There were no slippers. The water in the carafe tasted unpleasant, like public fountain water. Check-in was quick, and you can leave your luggage after check-out if you have a late flight. There's a shopping mall and cafes nearby. The street is clean and safe.

We stayed at this hotel from June 27th to June 30th, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing—extremely patient, friendly, and welcoming. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and asked if it was possible to have a room with a better view. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't accommodate our request. However, they surprised us with a bottle of delicious champagne and a fruit basket as a honeymoon gift. My wife and I were truly touched by their thoughtful gesture. We were welcomed to this hotel by a nice and helpful staff at the reception. The neighbourhood was quite quiet and we were near the metro station Campo Formio with a bakery, a convenient store and some eateries within a few minutes walk.

Would not recommend. My parents were visiting Paris, so I specifically looked for a hotel close to my apartment. I've lived in France for many years and have no problem speaking French, but the front desk staff still had a poor attitude. The room lacked amenities like disposable toothbrushes. When I went downstairs to ask, the front desk said they had run out for the day and told me to buy some from a nearby supermarket. There was no kettle. The hotel facilities are very old, and the hygiene was just average. Unless you need to transfer at Austerlitz station, it's best to look elsewhere.
