Hotel Plaza Elysées Reviews

I find it disappointing that the hotel representative was able to respond so quickly to defend the behavior of the staff online, yet during the five days of my stay, no one took the time to properly address or resolve the concerns I repeatedly raised. My review is based on my actual experience as a guest. Rather than disputing my account, I encourage management to review the security camera footage from the day of my departure. The recordings should clearly show the interaction with the employee who spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner while I was dealing with heavy luggage and the elevator was out of service. What concerns me most is not only the incidents themselves, but the fact that they were never addressed while I was at the property. A genuine commitment to customer service would have involved listening to the guest, investigating the complaints, and attempting to resolve the issues during the stay rather than responding defensively after the review was published. I stand by my review, which reflects my personal experience at the hotel.

Unfortunately the room was not clean, one elevator was not able to reach my floor and not advertising was placed. Breakfast was ok, while at the checkout it was told that I had to pay more because the price I pied was lower than what they apply with breakfast included. This was a surprise for me. I do not think it is a good way to do.

The balcony offers a view of the Arc de Triomphe, which is pretty good value for money.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Beautiful room and very modern bathroom. Bed slept fantastically. Very friendly and helpful staff. In short, really enjoyed it!! Close to the Champs-Elysées and other hotspots of Paris. Metro nearby and bus stops in front of the hotel.

It's on the street, easy to find. You can't check in early. It's a little way to the Champs Elysees. There are not many breakfast varieties. It's convenient to eat and drink around. There is food downstairs but it's not delicious. It will take a long time to return the deposit! !

Very clean and tidy hotel. We chose a room with a balcony. It was very French and we took a lot of photos. It is very close to the Champs Elysees, a 10-minute walk, and very convenient for travel

The room is small but well-equipped with the taste of old Paris

The service staff has a good attitude and the hotel is quiet amidst the bustle. It is convenient to walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Shopping Street, Paris Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and many other attractions. The Line 1 subway is nearby and is even more convenient for travel.

A very good hotel, although small in size, but the location is very convenient. The decoration of the front desk is quite exquisite. The waiter is also quite patient. Recommended to everyone

A little small, but very good

We encountered a mouse in the bathroom at the hotel. We wanted to leave the hotel, they told us we could only change rooms. Apart from this, the breakfast restaurant was under renovation and they offered room service for breakfast, but the food we ordered did not arrive for 2 days.

The room is perfect from the front desk to the cleaning!
