Isolation phonique inexistante. Chambre baignée de lumière du jour au matin. Matelas simples bougent et s’écartent facilement (lit double « queen size »). Réceptacle de la brosse des toilettes plein d’eau salle. Sèche cheveux peu visible et pas dans la salle de bain (donc non utilisé).

The rooms were a little small but still very well maintained and very clean.I would recommend it to anyone who chooses your hotel.The location was really good, close to public transport. The staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Not at all what I expected, this is a 2 star hotel at best. Positives - Beds fairly comfortable Also heating in rooms worked well we were always very warm. The Chambermaids did a good job with the cleaning. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous. Negatives - Breakfast was awful, probably the worst quality and selection of food I have ever encountered at a hotel breakfast. Due to some issues we were offered free breakfast for two mornings, and after trying once we declined. On day 1 and day 2 our shower was freezing cold, theres seems to be an issue with this, and is mentioned in other reviews. The night we arrived we were allocated a room at the front of the hotel. We were woken really early to loud workman actually outside our window! We had two windows and a workman at each one! We explained about the water issue and we were initially told there was a ‘water system issue with the whole hotel’ They then sent a front of house chap to our room who then advised we should move rooms away from construction work and that actually our shower was completely broken. After the hassle of moving rooms the shower was hot but very difficult to control temperature to the point it was scolding! At check out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay, we explained that we were still woken up every morning really early with loud drilling and construction work about two buildings down from the hotel, but incredibly close. There is a huge building that’s being built which looks like this will take some time, probably many months and there was a lady who was sat in the reception, who started talking to us very aggressively saying that they shouldn’t have notify customers of the Hotel construction building in the same street, because that was nothing to do with the Hotel. I then explained that at the beginning of the stay we were indeed disturbed by their own construction, which she acknowledged, but was very reticent and incredibly rude! Her name was Mounia, I asked for the details for the general manager, which she refused to give me the details! Unbelievable! I would never stay here again, and would not recommend it!

Location was great! Very close to both Strasbourg - Saint Denis and Bonne Nouvelle metro stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is on a quiet street so no noise at night. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are a good size, plenty of room for 2 people. (I was surprised as so many people complained they were small in the reviews!) Hotel was clean and fresh. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we had no issues with speaking English to the staff! Read a lot of reviews with complaints before going but I would completely disregard them. Couldn’t hear anyone in the rooms near us, never met anyone in the corridors so the width wasn’t an issue. Really lovely hotel and would definitely recommend, especially for the location

Good location, near metro station, easy to get around the city. Friendly staff and clean rooms, it was really important for us, also it was quit at nights, good for relax. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the other guests were very noisy slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway.

The hotel is nice and the location is okay, but the showers constantly went cold even during a short shower. We raised this with the hotel and were told we weren't using the faucet correctly, even though it was jammed and needed a towel to help turn it.. it didn't help. Friends staying at the same time also had the same experience too.

Do not stay here. Run down and in very poor condition. We have up three nights to get out as fast as possible. No refund granted because we prepaid - lesson learnt! Mould in shower and damp smell in room. Beds disgusting.
