The hotel breakfast was quite good by Western standards, offering eggs, bread, sausages, bacon, cheese, coffee, juice, and air-dried beef. The staff provided good service too.

Wonderful service from the hotel. We were very tired from our long journey from Asia, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging an early check-in for us to recuperate. Housekeeping serviced the room daily. Plus, the location is perfect and close to everything.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping, right behind Galeries Lafayette. The front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations. It's easy to get around, close to the train station, restaurants, and a supermarket – super convenient! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was clean and spacious! The staff wad accommodating and reception was absolutely lovely! The decoration was cute. Amenities were okay!

The location is very good, close to several metro/train stations. The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. But the space is not that big in classic double room.

Located just behind Galaries Lafayette, so it's very convenient and safe. Check in and check out took a bit longer than expected. Need to pay city tax during check in. Room size and cleanliness are satisfactory. It's a very small hotel with only 6 rooms per floor. So you can hear it when people move their luggage in the corridor or cough loudly in the next room. But it's quiet enough during nighttime. I received one bottled water per night during the first four nights, but none on the last night.

Great location. It’s just behind gallerie Lafayette. The elevator was broken and very small. It looks new on the photos but it’s actually outdated facility. My room was in very strange place and I had to go outside to reach the room. Not much food choice for breakfast but there is at least Nutella.

Don’t have mini fridge in all the room, very inconvenient for guest who are drinker. Hope the hotel can install the fridge in the near future.
