The hotel is nice with real Parisian vibe.The location also very good- you can get to most sites walking and enjoying the scenes of Paris- architecture, flowers blooming trees. Also walking distance from M station and railway station. There is cosy bulangerie and Italian restaurant around. The staff is quite nice, welcoming. Mr. Andre was so helpful, the only person who seriously took the feedbck on the room service and made sure everything was good before that the room service was annoying- administration should think about it. Overall a good stay!

Loved staying here! The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the room has everything you could ask for, with so many thoughtful little touches. Service was excellent, especially the lovely girl at reception. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay

Hotel is close to the metro with easy access to everywhere. Room is small but acceptable for the price and enough for 1 person. Hotel stuff is very friendly, would recommend

Had a great 2 nights stay!! Love the location , front desk was ultra nice and attentive. Compliment Sweets and snacks on the hall way, yay! Booked a balcony suite room , nice view , only it has two chairs without a coffee table. Stayed 2nd floor which might be closed to street will have s bit traffic noise , quite after 11pm 🙂 Breakfast was simple but enough to boost the day. There’s a dessert / deli downstairs and a wonderful cafe restaurant just around the corner, with a compact grocery store across which is nice if you want to store up some snacks , fruits , drinks. Will book again when I visit Paris ❤️

Not busy but is still a good location for tourists visiting nearby spots. Facilities are reasonably provided.
