The location is fantastic, with seafood restaurants, fruit stands, and various dessert shops right downstairs. However, it's a bit unacceptable that the hotel actually forgot to clean the room.

The room was a bit small, but it was incredibly close to the Arc de Triomphe. Secondly, the breakfast was absolutely lovely.

Good expririence to have small room. I did not get any inconveniences. It was clean. New bottle of portable water and tea pakets every day

Location is amazing, in a very typical Parisian quarter with a lot of premium food shops. 10 mn walking from Arc de Triomphe. Nice rooms and breakfast, very kind people.

The hotel is tucked away in a cul-de-sac. During my stay, there was construction work on the outside, luckily not too much noise. The ground floor is a large bar/reception. Receptionist is super helpful. However, being a four star hotel, hard to understand that they don't have slippers or tooth brush.

Close to the city center, affordable price, and great facilities! The breakfast was also fantastic!

The hotel is a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, maybe about 600-700 meters. With the metro station right by the Arc de Triomphe, the location is super convenient for getting around. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but it feels very welcoming. The room size is perfectly adequate for two people, and breakfast is decent.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the location is very good. Quit place, cosy. The staff is very nice.

The hotel room is totally different than the photos on the web. The sink was clogged. The furniture is too old. A double room has a single cupboard barely took 3 shorts. It’s like a horror movie hotels. Smells everywhere told carpet since my grandmother ages. I gave up my money for 3 nights and left immediately as I can’t survive that nightmare.

This hotel is at an end of an alley. You can see this from the pictures (3rd one). The first room we had was very small, even the bathroom. My husband asked if they had a bigger room and they did so they gave us that one. Very accommodating. The new room had a sitting room with sofa bed. The bedroom had a big bed and the bathroom was larger. However the shower was built up about 15” so I needed help getting out of it. It wasn’t very clean. You could see spots on the floor that had been wet then dried. There wasn’t any air conditioning. The breakfast was okay. Most days we paid for it but there was one day we didn’t eat there. They had 3 kinds of cereal, pastries, whole eggs you could cook in a cooker, juices, milk, yogurt. There aren’t many restaurants in the area. We found one sidewalk bar for an afternoon drink, one place for pizza and another for a steak. Restaurants don’t open till at least 7 pm and mostly at 7:30 pm.

The hotel is conveniently located with various supermarkets and shops nearby, making it worth coming back to. The hotel hygiene is also very clean, and the staff are very kind. It was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend it. Thumbs up!
