Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but sufficient. Location was perfect close to Saint Lazare station.

Great location. Nice staffs and good restaurants around:) Room was bigger than I thought!! Bathroom was a bit small for us but not a big deal. There are cafeterias right next to the hotel and some good restaurants too (we needed to book for the restaurant bc it got full after 18:30). Thanks for all!❤️

All the staff were kind and easy to talk to, and I had a very comfortable time. It was a little disappointing that the hair dryer didn't work at times, but the room and bathroom were very clean and nice. The room was small, so it was a little difficult to spread out my luggage, but the security between the station and the hotel was fine, and the location was good, so I was very satisfied.

Convenient transportation, there is a subway station just a few minutes away. You can park in the parking lot next to it, and the hotel accommodation is discounted at 17 euros a day. The room is not big, and the breakfast variety is a bit limited. The front desk service attitude is good, and you can store your luggage for free.

Very good environment. There are bakeries and pharmacies nearby. It's very quiet to sleep at night. The service desk provided a hot water bottle. Heartwarming!

For safety reasons, I went out and told the waiter that the room did not need to be cleaned, but when I came back, it was still cleaned. There were dirty marks on the quilt after the room was cleaned the next day. The biggest problem is that the room booked one month in advance cannot be refunded. On the day of check-in, I saw that the retail price was 300 yuan a night cheaper, which made me feel numb.
