The receptionist was very welcoming, and breakfast was all-you-can-eat with buns and drinks. However, they didn't make our beds properly from the first night. The streets were very noisy at night, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

Great hotel, good location. Close to the metro. Rooms clean.

Honestly it was excellent, a super clean hotel, well received with respectful service.

The bed sheets are very dirty. The service is poor. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They are not willing to change the bed sheets. The room is very small. Only one suitcase can be placed. The bathroom is also small. It is not far from the train station. I will not come again.

A catastrophic experience to be avoided at all costs! I wanted to share my disastrous experience with this hotel, which completely ruined my weekend in Paris. I had booked a room on their website, trusting the promise of a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. Shortly after booking, I received a call from them informing me that the hotel was full and that they could not honor my reservation. I was stunned. How is it possible that a hotel, which claims to have availability, is fully booked? After wasting precious time on the phone, they offered me another hotel. Thinking the situation was finally resolved, I went to this new address, only to discover that it also had no rooms available. I was then transferred to a third hotel, and again, it was the same story: no room. After hours of frustration and stress, I was forced to book a new hotel on my own, which was a huge blow to my budget. Not only did I waste precious time, but I also had to shell out money I hadn't planned for a stay I had already booked. To top it all off, after this entire disaster, they had the audacity to only refund me for the room I booked, without taking into account the additional costs I had incurred at the first hotel. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown to their customers. This weekend, which was supposed to be an opportunity to meet up with friends, turned into a logistical nightmare. I am requesting compensation for the unnecessary stress, the delay in my day, as well as the hotel expenses I had to pay out of pocket. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris. Avoid it at all costs if you don't want to have the same disastrous experience as me!

Very good location, clean environment, fresh air, convenient transportation, chatting and laughing with famous scholars, no white people coming and going, being far away from the rivers and lakes, worrying about the king, the setting sun, the love of old friends, the mingling of zebras, the powerless east wind, and the flowers withered.

I stayed here without meals while sightseeing in Paris during the Paris Olympics. The room was nice and spacious, and very clean. The front desk staff was polite and showed me how to use the elevator. The elevator was small, but it was a very appreciated facility when you consider having to carry a large suitcase up the stairs. The hotel is close to the metro and on a busy street, so I personally didn't think there were any safety issues, but maybe that was because it was during the Olympics? The food at the nearby cafe was also delicious, so overall I was satisfied with the hotel. There is no air conditioning, so if you open the windows insects will come in, so you may need to be creative in the summer.
