1. *********** screwed up with our booking and it was canceled 2 days before our arrival, the manager sorted us out. She maintained the price we’ve paid although the price hiked at the point of time. Thank you to the manager. 2. A lot of restaurants/pharmacy/bakery/supermarket nearby. 3. The mini coffee table at the lobby is a nice touch. Unlimited coffee and biscuits for guests. 4. Very friendly staff. Thank you for being extra nice. Disadvantages 1. Near to metro but you have to change many lines to get to famous places and literally everywhere actually. It is tiring as it takes 30 min to an hour to reach a destination. Sometimes you have to take 2 metros and 1 bus. I don’t know if I want to stay here the next time because of this but if I have my own transportation, I will definitely stay here. 2. I requested for window and bathtub, they gave me room 61 which was like an attic. There was no mirror, no proper lighting. My sister got room 62, it was so much better but lesser space to keep your luggage. It is not a big deal though as i was out most of the time.

Small rooms as always in Paris but has everything you might need. Shower was excellent. One grumble was sleep quality as noise in the cramped corridor outside from early in the morning was particularly bad. Staff were lovely. Location great. Wi-Fi was good. Toiletries sufficient. It was fine really.

My friend and I had the best time in Paris and this hotel was simply perfect for a short get away. The location is perfect and the staff was lovely and so nice. Super clean and attention to detail. I would recommend it 100%! If you are looking for a hotel in Paris don’t hesitate!

This is well priced accommodation but ex excellent welcome and exceedingly good manners from the staff. Spotless clean, room small but comfortable. Food excellent and breakfast relaxed . Would highly recommend. The courtesy by staff was outstanding

Ideally located next to the metro in a very quiet street. Pleasant area close to department stores on foot. Pleasant welcome. Downside on the size of the room, certainly very clean and well decorated but really cramped. There are no hooks or a wardrobe to hang clothes. New but small bathroom. There is also a lack of armchairs in the entrance hall (only 2 places) and therefore difficult to sit down to have a coffee. Good for a short stay but I don't recommend it for several nights.

Hotel located in an excellent position, close to several metro and bus stations. Clean rooms, towels and linen changed every day. Guys at the reception very kind, polite and helpful. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Paris.

My wife and I described the hotel as "functional". The location is excellent because it is 100 meters from the metro stop and a 10/15 minute walk from the Operà theater and the Sacred Heart Cathedral. Nestled in the Montmartre district with shops and clubs in the immediate vicinity. The entrance is in a pedestrian street. Very friendly and helpful staff present 24 hours a day, they speak English and understand Italian. At the reception (small) there is a table with free tea/coffee/herbal teas/snacks always available. Small elevator. Corridors of the rooms a little dark and carpeted. Our room had a window which however looked out from the internal side (ugly), really small but with everything you need, wardrobe, (mini) table, safe, bedside tables, no place for suitcases. Very small bathroom with closed shower cubicle, sink and toilet very close, but still complete with everything you need (hair dryer, various soaps). Cleaning done every day and also changing towels. Breakfast which for us was very good with fresh products and excellent service. The only big flaw, at least as regards our room, the bathroom and the lift, was the size....otherwise TOP.

Very very small room for a 3 star My husband and I are large and getting into the shower was a feat you have to be a contortionist To pee it is better to leave the bathroom door open otherwise there is no room

The photos do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Not comfortable bed, tiny room and I'm not even talking about the bathroom: impossible to take a shower without being a contortionist, nor noise in the morning: we suppose that the cleaning ladies must be very efficient!!! All this for almost €200!!!

This hotel is well located in Paris, the breakfast is of very good quality! But the bed was “hollow”….. the breakfast room is really too small….. the welcome is also very friendly! during our next stay in Paris we will try another address

My choice fell on this 3-star hotel (single room €173). I took a “single” room, that is. I didn't imagine that a "simple" room in a 3-star hotel would be less than 8 m2 (bathroom, toilet included in the 8 m2) and offer a child's bed: width 75 cm and length 180 cm. The least we could do would be to indicate in the description the size of the bed and that of the room and to specify that the rooms on the ground floor are not equipped with air conditioning. We are in Paris where m2 is expensive, I am willing to accept such a small room, but why a child's bed and no air conditioning. Of course my feet were happily sticking out of the bed (I had to move the suitcase rack to the end of the bed to accommodate my feet). This room (number 2) was also next to the reception with the noise of the comings and goings that goes with it. Thank you for this sleepless night in a bed where I couldn't stay whole and in 40 degree weather! Add the absence of air conditioning and the size of the bed in your description to avoid disappointing your customers.

Hotel in an excellent location, close to the metro and convenient for reaching Montmartre on foot. It is located in a pedestrian street, very quiet. Close to many shops and restaurants. Very kind and welcoming staff. The room is small, but very well organized and clean. Despite the size it is all very practical, the bathroom is equipped with a large shower. The breakfast is very good, with always fresh and quality products. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee with madeleines offered in the lobby. Advised!!!

Room not up to 3 star standards and the price! - torn wallpaper, - broken bathroom tiles, - very small bathroom - room not soundproofed, - double bed with two separate mattresses, - very small breakfast room, just like the buffet. However, very pleasant staff.

Je suis très déçu de ma chambre (double simple) qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur Booking ! Sur les photos ont peut voir que les chambres simple ont été rénovées mais je me retrouve dans une chambre avec pas du tout la même décoration et la salle de bain est toute petite et pas du tout moderne ! Déçu car j’ai payé cette chambre pour la beauté style « boudoir » cosy. La télé est toute petite c’est dommage alors que j’ai été dans un hôtel au même prix avec tv avec accès internet près de notre-dame. Et de plus très mal insonorisé.. Seul point positif l’emplacement mais ce n’est pas non plus l’hôtel que je recommanderai !
