Breakfast is very poor, even the bread tastes bad, staff in the restaurant is soo not helpful and rude , rude f&b members not guest centric at all. My key card did not work and after reporting to the receptionist he gave me a rude response as if it wasn’t his issue. Lady at restaurant talks to guests in a very aggressive way. The only good thing about it is the location. housekeeping see that there is no tissues in bathroom and don’t refurbish . I will not come back.

Great location, very close to the Champs Élysées. Simple but practical hotel.

Great location. Decent room size. The water for the shower was light and a little hard to control the temperature.

The front desk staff was always smiling and helpful. It's close to the Champs Elysees so I'd like to stay here again next time.

When I left, I had to hand in my room card. I had already paid and could not check out. I decisively left my valuables at my fellow villager's house and was scared for the whole night. This hotel does not follow common sense. I am timid and said goodbye on the day I checked in.

Hotel very well located. A stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées and Arc de Triomphe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bedding is very good and the soundproofing is good.
