taff are nice and helpful! The room is clean, new, and very comfortable! Great location with everything nearby, plus a delicious restaurant right next to the hotel.

The room was very clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The staff were very nice, and the location was excellent, only a 4-5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the LV headquarters building, which was super convenient.

Excellent location good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you are looking for a well price hotel in the center of Paris.

Room is clean, looks new and has the basic amenities. We appreciate how we could refill our bottles and glass pitcher at level 1! Staff is friendly too :)

The room was nice but too small. Could not open any luggage fully, and there is barely any space to walk. However, the location was great and accessible to most places. Just take note that water is provided in a glass bottle with a tag that said it was refillable upon request at the reception, but the person on duty that night said that it was not possible to refill.

Good location that is near to many tourist attractions, the room is nice, but quite small space for two people.

This trip to Europe included some of the better hotels we stayed in, but the only downside was that the hotel elevator was broken, forcing us to carry our suitcases up from the first floor to the fifth floor. Every morning when we went out, we had to climb the stairs, which was quite tiring.

The hotel boasts a superb location, within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing – simply perfect for any traveler. The hotel's overall style is elegant and romantic, brimming with quintessential Parisian sophistication. While the rooms weren't large, they were thoughtfully decorated, both cozy and tasteful, and impeccably clean. The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and professional, providing invaluable assistance from check-in to check-out, making my trip smoother and more enjoyable. They responded promptly to any questions, making me feel truly cared for. The breakfast was delicious and refined; while the selection wasn't extensive, everything was excellent, especially the croissants – they were absolutely amazing! Overall, the Champs-Élysées Secret Paris is a highly recommended boutique hotel, a perfect choice for both first-time visitors and returning guests. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Paris! 💖

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Champs Elysees, on a quiet street surrounded by many bars and restaurants. I felt very safe here, especially as the gates were locked at night and staff were always on duty. There are multiple metro stations nearby, with easy access to lines 1, 9 and 13. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff went out of their way to help me with any questions I had. They even offered to store my luggage after check-out. My room was spacious and well-equipped with a large bed, coffee machine, safety deposit box and fridge. The rain shower head in the bathroom was a luxury touch. The room was cleaned daily and the amenities were always replenished, ensuring a comfortable stay. There is also a cozy lounge area for tea and coffee, and a kettle is provided for personal use. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, excellent service and comfortable accommodation.

The service is very good, the front desk reception is very naice

We chose this hotel to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. The hotel is very close to the venue, at the junction of Champs-Elysées and the Grand Palais. The service attitude of the staff was so good that it changed my whole view of Paris! The small cookies left in the guest room by the hotel were also very delicious. Although the room was a little small, it was very delicately decorated. I like it very much. I will come here again if I have the chance to come to Paris in the future!
