The room is decent. About 10mins walk from metro station. 30mins from city centre.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis Clichy Centre Mairie. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near the subway station which is really convenient.

The rooms and washrooms were very small with just one bed and no space to move around. The location is okay, staff was friendly.

It was a 4 days trip with my hubby on March 2022. Not really satisfied. The hotel room was the smallest that we have ever stayed. The bathroom was 1x1. The good thing was that the cleaning service was daily. The breakfast was basic. Not a big variety. We tried it only once. And we prepaid it for the whole stay before arrival. The next days we were having breakfast outside. A super market just next to the hotel. The metro station 3 min walking distance.

Our stay was very comfortable. Checked in quite late at night but was smooth. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided. The room was decent size for the price had an A/C which helped.

The hotel confirmed via email that they had an item of mine that I left. They told me it would be 60 Euros to send it back. My trip insurance wants me to file a loss report with the hotel in order to file a claim. I have emailed the hotel and the parent company, Accor, several times to file this report but they are totally ignoring me and the Accor office's emails.

Room was very small. As I was traveling alone I didn't find it uncomfortable. But I can hear from next room, wall is that thin. Otherwise good experience.

(If you like the review or find it useful, kindly click the like button) Ibis Clichy is an average hotel with limited options and average room quality Pro Tip : Choose 2 X double rooms instead of 1 X quadruple rooms (if you are a family of 4 persons). Double rooms are better than quadruple rooms Positives + Good breakfast menu + Double rooms are refurbished + Rooms are soundproof, so no noise from outside + One lady hotel manager (apologies I forgot the name) is very helpful, she did all the arrangements when we have to switch rooms as I had break in bookings Not so positives - Hotel running on skeleton resources, only one or two staff at reception - Always long queue to checkin - The executive staff are un-helpful and not knowledgeable - Sometimes difficult to navigate the location
