Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than expected, with all the basic amenities readily available. The location is convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were very friendly. For the price, it offers great value for money, and I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The transportation was convenient, and the air conditioning worked well. You could also open the windows if you didn't want to use the AC. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient, and the area feels safe. The hotel service was excellent; they let us rest downstairs because we had an early flight and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Plus, they offer luggage storage, which made for a great experience overall.

I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Lyon Station, with a laundromat and restaurants nearby. However, it's worth noting that there are occasional homeless people in this area. There was an issue with the tourist tax (overpayment), but when I contacted them via Trip.com, the refund was processed quickly within 2-3 days, so the response was prompt.

Had a great experience at this hotel, perfectly located for Gare de Lyon. The breakfast was good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Perfectly located on Line 1 to get everywhere. Actually close to a bit of everything. Gare de Lyon, Metro Line 1, and RER A are all within a 10-minute walk. The staff is available, very pleasant, and helpful.
