First floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 1 full bed; 3 bathrooms: full kitchen & dining (seats 6), formal dining (seats 10) and living room area. Basement has 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 queen mattress bed in the family room, toilet and game room (drum set, pool, foosball and pingpong table) and laundry room. Each bedroom has a TV. 1 TV in the kitchen and 1 TV in the family room. Overlooking the lake on the upper deck levelhas 1 patio table with 6 chairs; lower deck North has 1 wrought iron table and 4 chairs. Lower deck South has living room set that seats 5. Only 14 stepsto the beach are 6 lounging chairs, 12 chairs and a fire pit. Water toys: 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 water lily pad. The bin has life jackets and kids beach toys.
