GGuest UserI have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please.
However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well.
I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles.
It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

GGuest UserThe hotel number is not the same as on the website, no one answers the call, they are awareness of the flood situation that causes the customer unable to enter the hotel but they do not want to compromise and has no consideration.

DDSJ141I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Pontianak and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the strong Wi-Fi.

TToong HuangLocated on the busy Jalan Gajah Mada, where nearby food and supermarket is a plus. It is basically a 2 and a half star, why? Don't qualify as a 3 stars due to aging furniture in room, and lack of proper dining facilities.The proximity to coffee shops & street side restaurants saves it from relegating to a 2 stars joint.I will tolerate it for a 2 nights stay at best.

AAZRFor a strategic location in the middle of the city, cleanliness is also okay, suggestions for more optimal service so that checking in and checking out doesn't take long, because at that stage it takes quite a long time.

AAefa AerisyaThe room is fine. There is no lift so please use knee support. Joking 🫣. The hotel is in front of the main road so easy to find. If you driving on your own, there is parking provided. Might difficult to find parking at night but they will assist you!
