They poured hot tea when you entered. There are many books in the lobby of the hotel. There is also a laundry room in the restaurant. The laundry room is fully functional and can be used for washing and drying. It also has a garment steamer. The laundry products are also very professional. The hotel has a robot. , can deliver takeaways, very convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are many restaurants nearby. PPaparanA very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

LLvxingshizuihaodeyimeiThroughout my stay, I was completely won over by the attentive service of Butler Xinhua! Who understands the feeling of having a magical butler at a hotel?! Not only did she proactively upgrade my room to one with a better view, and specifically remind me about breakfast, but every day before I left, she would ask about my plans and help arrange a car. When I returned, the room was always perfectly tidied, giving me an incredible sense of security and happiness! ✨ I absolutely have to praise the hotel's butler, Xinhua! Any request I had, as long as I contacted her, was met with prompt and thoughtful solutions. I forgot my charger, and Xinhua quickly brought over a compatible model; when I wanted to try local snacks, she carefully recommended reliable shops and even planned out the route. Her service was efficient and her attitude excellent, full marks! This stay was truly exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city!

MMusaThis is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

11369132****Traveling from Beijing North Station by train, you'll arrive at Chongli Station. From there, you can take the scenic shuttle bus or a taxi to the hotel; it's a short and convenient drive (but a bit far to walk if you have luggage). The room was clean and tidy, and the service was prompt and attentive. The gym and hot tubs offer excellent views of the ski slopes. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, catering to both northern and southern palates with options like fried dough sticks, soy milk, and tofu pudding, as well as beef vermicelli and rice noodles – all of high quality. You can ski in and ski out. The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn are in the same building and share a ski lobby, which is a bit closer to the advanced slopes. The ski lobby has a variety of snacks, Costa Coffee, and BaWangChaJi, making it very convenient. Taking a taxi to the town at the foot of the mountain for dinner, you'll find an abundance of restaurants.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help. Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded. Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.

JJC_CJFacilities: This is a ski-in/ski-out apartment, right on the slopes. Super convenient. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. The disposable toiletries were simple but complete. Environment: Parking is easy right outside the unit, and the charging station is also very close. No anxiety for electric car owners. Service: The ski pass discount was excellent, even cheaper than booking it myself on other platforms. I had a great time skiing at Genting and Wanlong this trip.

AAidaochuliudaderenThe hotel is very close to the ski slopes, just a few minutes' walk to Lift 9, or you can take a shuttle bus to the town center, which isn't far to walk either. Our family of four stayed in a family suite, which was very comfortable with two bedrooms and a living room, perfect for our needs. The room faced the ski resort, offering great views of the skiing action from the balcony – very pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, giving us complimentary breakfast for two extra people. This stay was a fantastic experience, making for a perfect ski trip.

MM496165****The rooms are relatively old, but that's understandable given the hotel's age. The hot springs are pretty good. I stayed for a long time, and it's important to go during off-peak hours; the hot spring experience can be affected when it's crowded. The dinner buffet was indeed excellent. In terms of service, the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping all had good attitudes. However, Wanlong's business practices aren't very generous. My room rate was already high because I stayed continuously over Christmas, and I had to pay for two extra children's breakfasts every day. When checking out, it was very difficult to even get a late checkout approved. And for things like children's breakfasts, they wouldn't budge even a single cent. For an old hotel, this kind of attitude makes it hard to retain repeat customers, and I won't be coming back.
