YYeluzichushiThe environment is OK. It's a good place to just relax. The service is also OK and attentive. However, it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant during peak hours. The waiters are very rude. Maybe there are not enough staff. There are 3 restaurants in the whole estate. One restaurant is for formal meals, one restaurant is for drinks and light meals, and one restaurant is only open for two days. Therefore, most people can only choose the formal restaurant. The food is average. It is an hour away from Paris. It is convenient to take a taxi from the airport or the city of Paris.

NNadezdaSPlease, note that the reception closes at 22:00 and they take payments only by 21:00. So if you arrive later you need to settle all extras online (they will send you a link). After many mixed reviews about this place I was a bit scared. But it turned out well. The room was clean and spacious, facing a quiet parking lot. Pillows a bit flat but I like them this way. No bugs in the bed, no worries. Two minor problems: the safe box didn't work. And there was a bit of leak under the sink in the toilet (right in the small closet where the hairdryer is kept. It might get wet, be careful).

WWanderlust_176My stay at Le Louis Versailles Château - MGallery, in a King room with a terrace, was absolutely delightful. The room's design struck a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern touches, with warm, inviting colors. For European standards, the space was quite generous. My favorite feature was definitely the private terrace; it was wonderful to breathe in the fresh air in the mornings and relax while watching the Versailles streetscape in the evenings – very charming. The bed offered excellent support, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.
The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, consistent water pressure, and good quality amenities. The hotel's location is a huge plus, just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles, making it incredibly convenient for early morning visits or evening strolls.
Overall, this hotel perfectly combines an excellent location with quality accommodations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Versailles with a touch of a resort feel, the room with a terrace is highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep. The location is convenient, with good public transport connections to the city centre.
However, there were several issues during our stay. For breakfast, chicken from the previous day was served, which was disappointing. There was no heating in the room, and we had to use a separate portable heater taken from the wardrobe. The bathroom radiator was not working at all.
Additionally, although two people were staying in the room, towels were provided for only one person (one small towel and one larger towel).
Another point worth mentioning is that breakfast was served only until 9:30, while the hotel website states that breakfast is available until 10:00, which was confusing.
Overall, the stay was acceptable mainly due to cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and good transport links, but the issues mentioned above affected our experience.

It is very convenient to go to the back garden of Versailles Palace, but it is far from the town. It takes a while to go out for dinner and shopping. It is not convenient. The key is that the decoration of the room is really too simple, which is far from the reputation of Trianon and Waldorf Astoria... I will consider it carefully next time...

VVBanks2The hotel was lovely and in a really secure and quiet location. It’s a 22min walk from amenities such as shops and fast food places but it is surrounded by greenery. It took us an hour to get into Paris from the hotel but the station was quite close.
The night receptionist was lovely and came up when we had a little issue with our room. The room was cosy and clean and all staff members we interacted with were lovely and smiling, despite the language barrier. Would definitely recommend

For us, the location of the hotel was great. Parking was free.
Room a bit small (no bedside tables or shelves). Cleanliness OK.
