Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa afternoon and afternoon tea was wonderful. Room was outstanding and so was room service. If any complaint is paying for car park when you are a guest.

Guest UserVery lovely stay. Staff were all very kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really nice with a variety of options on the menu. The bed was also very comfortable. I really recommend it.

Guest UserCentrally located in Dundee, it's very convenient for both the University of Dundee and the V&A Dundee. The facilities are a bit dated, but the room was surprisingly spacious, which I was very pleased with.

But the sanitary condition was not ideal, the equipment was average, and the unkempt water pipe for bathing was broken, so I changed it overnight. The mobile was filled in the room, and then I went back and asked, saying that I didn’t see it...
