SSweetCoupleThis is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note).We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩

1. Room is not spacious. The cheapest room advertise here is the room with sharing bathroom(it is not stated in the booking). But u can upgrade to attached bathroom with additional Rp80k.
2. Comfortable bed
3. Nice hot shower yet the bathroom is not spacious
4. Good wifi from room
5. Staff very nice n helpful
6. Breakfast is delicious. Makesure to come early.

GGuest UserThe location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

Kkotaro8249Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location seemed good, but access to the city center was challenging due to poor street planning and traffic management. The room was okay, but the shower didn't work properly (water leaked from a large hole in the shower head, for some reason). Also, on the first day (or rather, evening), cigarette smoke wafted into the room.
On the plus side, it was close to inexpensive local restaurants and juice bars. The hotel staff was relatively friendly.
